SHOWERS IN TRANSITION
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00-12:
Showers in Transition exists to empower individuals who are facing homelessness, who are at risk of facing homelessness, or who are in transition by:
Providing basic hygiene opportunities
Connecting individuals with case management and other helpful resources
Providing compassion and encouragement as individuals journey toward a more optimal quality of life
Treating each and every shower guest with the utmost dignity and respect
Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–3:00 PM
Come in and enjoy a comfortable environment while getting your work done or searching the web. Help with using computers, filling out forms, and creating resumes will also be available.
The 1st and 3rd Monday of every month from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
(on a drop-in basis)
Purpose: Providing job seekers with tools, resources, and support that leads to successful employment
Focus Areas: Resume Skills, Interview Skills, Vocational Planning, Overcoming Roadblocks, Elevator Speech, Job Searching, Job Application Processing, Networking, Peer Support, and Information Sharing
